The National Bank was established in 2005 targeting to businesses and shopkeepers near to the bank which is located in the downtown area. The bank emphasizes on the quality of service and convenience to the customers. The services are being provided with automated machines as well as personal services. The bank’s management wants to review its services and improve where necessary. The research team of the bank conducted a survey of 20 customers. The samples were randomly selected from the total 85,000 customers. The survey questionnaire is shown as below with six variables: gender, age, education, occupation, location and preferred method.
