How push and pull factors can affect the purchasing process

1. Is Max building positive attitude and emotional competence in employees 

and if not discuss the nature of attitudes that you foresee and consequences 

of these attitudes under his leadership. (10 marks)

the same time having bearing on his performance as an incoming CEO.

Now that you have looked at various factors in the business environment that have played a significant role in Pretty & Clean’s current condition, you need to think about your competitors and the role they play in your market. 

 

Using Porter’s five force model, discuss all five competitors, ranking them from ones that present the biggest threat in the market to ones that present the least threat to the organisation. 


 

There are various elements in the business environment that you, as a strategist, can use to diagnose the source of the issue. Pretty & Clean does not exist in isolation to these factors and the firm’s current situation is proof of that. 

 

Select and research any five of the most relevant environments under the macroenvironment and examine how each of these had a crucial impact on Pretty & Clean’s current situation. In examining these environments, consider the impact of strategy and how the company’s mission and vision statements can help guide you in devising one. 


The market research has also shown that the product will attract more customers and raise large amount of revenue to the firm in the future. However, there is always a debate within the company accounting department on how to calculate the performance (profit). The chief financial accountant believes that absorption costing does a better job of matching costs with revenues thus presents more accurate profit figure than variable costing.Whether you agree or not with the argument of the chief financial accountant. Why or why not?
