In our organization, I undertake the following network roles; Firstly, I connect people who have a large number of direct connections to my friends in need of a certain need or help. Secondly, I act as a broker. I link and arbitrate people who would otherwise be divided. Thirdly, I act as an isolator where I dislink people who have no or just one association to avoid conflict of interests. Lastly, I act as an influencer since have a strong link to the remaining network.
