1) Information technology fosters innovation in business. Innovation results in smarter apps, improved data storage, faster processing, and wider information distribution. Innovation makes businesses run more efficiently. And innovation increases value, enhances quality, and boosts productivity. Information technology management includes many of the basic functions of management, such as staffing, organizing, budgeting and control, but it also has functions that are unique to IT, such as software development, change management, network planning and tech support. Technology can improve the information available to HR, facilitating HR processes, and making them faster and more effective. One of the biggest allies in HRM, HRIS is adopted to make organizations more accurate and effective.
2) HRM is basically concerned with recruitment of employees , motivating them , enhancing their skills and making policies and regulations which enhance the value of the employees and organization.
Before starting the process of recruitment, the companies must execute staffing plans and should grade the number of employees they are going to need. Forecasting of the employees should depend upon the annual budget of the organization and short-term and long-term goals of the organization.
Employee orientation program should include the objectives and goals of the organization and how the employee can help to achieve the long-term and short-term goals of the organization.
