Activities used in Selection

Organizations engage in the most appropriate selection methods to get suitable candidates for a job position. They undergo several steps that allow them to match the candidates' skills they are looking for. The last time a company hired me was when I got my current job position. The company announced the vacancy, and we applied to a large group. Later, our applications were reviewed, and immediately the screening started. We were then interviewed individually, after which they made selections of the most suitable (Chiarizia, 2021). I was lucky to secure the position since most had almost the same qualifications. I was tested again before being taken on board and started my job.
