Change function is the ability of an organization to respond to high level goals and devising ways to address any challenges that might be encountered on the way and it increases the probability of smooth transition. There is a team to oversea the process.

Organization function. This one involves assigning tasks, grouping tasks into departments, delegating authority, and allocation of resources in the organization. During the process, managers coordinate employees, resources, policies, and procedures to facilitate the goals identified in the plan.

Relationship function. This one looks up specific values within database based on current cell location and a series of parameters. These functions also refer to another value in a data series.
