7. Assume that you are the manager of a company that has programs and projects and want to assign managers for projects and programs. You have two potential managers , namely, Mr Biruk is senior manager and has experience of managing of several projects and Miss Tizeta who is a junior manager with the experience of managing a few projects. Given the above information, which persons do you assign to which positions? Why?

as a manager of the company I would choose Mr. Biruk  who is a senior manager for the most complicated position. This is because him being a senior manager is responsible for planning and directing the work of a group of individuals. Senior managers also monitor their work and takes corrective actions when necessary. Senior managers might guide workers directly or they might direct several supervisors, who in turn directly manage the workers.

On the other hand, I would assign Miss Tizeta the minor managing roles. This is because a junior manager usually works as a supervisor under the supervision of a senior manager or higher executive. He or she also oversee the implementation projects and supervise the employees who are under non-management or rank-and-file status.
