Strategic HR management is concerned with anticipating long-term results and ensuring that your organization has enough human potential in the pipeline to accomplish its goals, whereas operational HR is concerned with the day-to-day activities necessary to satisfy the demands of your employees. They are equally important to the organization as they role ensure achievement of effective service delivery to the customers. Daily goals are equally important as they determine the progress of the firm towards the achievement of future goals.
