What HR policies and practices need to be reviewed and/or put in place at BOA to make the company compliant with equal rights and discrimination laws?
According to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the ‘BOA’ cannot be discriminate against you or other employees based on your ages. The ‘BOA’ sexual harassment policy should aims to safeguard employees of all sexes and gender identities in our company from unwanted sexual advances and provide them with guidelines to report incidents.
