Answer- Conflict management is the ability to recognize and resolve problems in a rational, fair, and efficient manner. Because conflicts are an unavoidable aspect of doing business, it's critical to have individuals who understand them and know how to resolve them.

Answer- School conflicts can be assessment practices, the use of power-authority, being late for class, leave of absences, political views, and negative personal experiences.

Answer- Conflicts can arise in schools over a variety of issues, including work distribution among personnel, financial resources, in- and out-of-class teaching activities and practices, rewards, punishment, assessment practices, the use of power-authority, being late for class, leave of absences, political views, and negative personal experiences.

Answer- A win-or-lose strategy predicated on forcing the other party to accept a specific chosen option (or parties). When only one party sees the outcome as beneficial, a conflict arises. (Not taking into account the other person's perspective) Win-lose could harm the buyer-supplier relationship. It's possible that the 'losing' party will feel resentful.
