Moreover, Corporate Social Responsibility includes labour rights. Identify an organisation of your choice that is involved in a labour dispute according to media reports. Develop a communication plan to assist the organisation in handling the dispute.
One significant advantage of good communication in settling a disagreement is the resulting reduction in anxiety, whether inside a family or a business. Using good verbal – and nonverbal – interactions adds even more to the successful settlement of the conflict, whether between individuals or within a group.
Concentrate on behaviors rather than your interpretations.
Avoid using the words "always" and "never"...
Use "I" statements.
Say what you want instead of what you don't want.
Be mindful of your nonverbal cues.
