I will apply apply democratic leadership style in which consultation will be conducted before any decision is made to motivate the staffs and make them to feel as part of the organization. To come up with an effective decision after analyzing their ideas carefully i will chose the best decision. Transactional leadership style to motivate the employees by offering gifts and rewards to the best performers. There will consequences for meeting the deadlines. Through the use of transformational style will be applied to inspire the staffs to be more innovative through creation of favorable working culture.
