The information systems are becoming more and more intelligent from time to time.
Among intelligent systems, expert systems can be good examples. Compare and contrast
expert systems and experts using three metrics
-Rule-based expert system is the most basic type of synthetic thinking, and it solves problems by applying predefined knowledge-based principles. The goal of the expert system is to translate expertise from a personal expert into a set of hardcoded rules that can be applied to the incoming information.
-Frame-based expert system, this study presents the concept and execution of a frame-based entity database system with close connectivity among the expertise platform and an external content source.
-A fuzzy expert system is particularly useful for networks with a difficult-to-understand theoretical framework, such as when the quantities of the inputs and variables are ambiguous, imperfect, and incomplete.
