With relevant examples discuss how you would apply the following in risks management: Fault Tree, FMEA, Bowtie and Force Field analysis.
A fault tree involves using a vertical graphic model showing different combinations of events that are unwanted but leading to an incident. FMEA involves identifying the possible failures in a design, assembly process or manufacturing, product or service companies. Bowtie brings the advantages together for incident analysis for a broader perspective. On the other hand force field is based on the assumption that a situation results from a force which could be for and against the current sate.
