·Poor Communication- When senior management is secretive, it might cause employees to be concerned. Employees may believe that their supervisors do not trust them with information if there is a lack of communication. It makes the organization appear unorganized and inefficient at the very least. In addition to adding to the confusion, a lack of information creates an ideal setting for assumptions and rumors.

·Bad Management-Bad managers range from micromanagers who make you feel as if you can't breathe without their permission to "buddies" who want to be everyone's friend but don't provide true leadership. Unprofessional, domineering, or unsuitable managers have a trickle-down effect, causing a slew of concerns that could become issues in the future.

·Workplaces with a lot of stress- A little stress might help you perform better, but too much stress can be detrimental. Stress levels that are consistently high can cause problems in the workplace. Some jobs come with a higher level of stress than others. Most of the time, working in a hospital emergency room puts you in a fast-paced life-or-death situation.

·Discrimination in the Workplace-Discrimination is harmful not only to the person who is discriminated against. It is also possible that it will have a detrimental impact on everyone. Discriminatory behavior should be reported as soon as possible to be halted and the negative consequences reduced.
