To flourish at work can be defined as a situation whereby employees feel appreciated, have a sense of well-being and also thrive and grow in their positions as well as build their careers. Nowadays, employment should not just be viewed as business but making friendships at work will enable employees have more fun while working and also enjoy the work more. Any employer who presents these working conditions to the employees will enjoy a high level of output from the employees, reduced labour turnover, improved morale from the employees, high level of innovation from the employees as well as high level of efficiency leading to quality goods and services being produced (Rothmann, 2014). Therefore, all employers should ensure that they provide conducive working environment and conditions to the employees to enhance their growth and enhance the productivity of the organization.
