For the company to realize it's growth strategy, it should improve human service forts. I would advice the head of human resource in the company to create friendly social environment in the workplace to enhance employees motivation. This can be achieved through provision of incentives to employees to motivate and encourage them inmaking more effort towards achievement of organizational goals.
