Groups and teams are often created based on the interest and problems that the employees face, in other words, turn over is as a result of managerial factors, work conditions and human resource factors. In this case, the groups are formed in response of these factors, therefore groups are as a result of effective and positive managerial impacts, work conditions and better human resource conditions.
