This study aimed to improve organizational and societal measures of culture and leadership characteristics that could be useful to different cultures. Understanding the relationship between organizational success and organizational culture has helped to offer solutions for improving the efficiency of staff and also increase their performance. This study shows that organizational success is affected by organizational culture and increasing organizational culture could result in increased organizational success. Organizational culture consists of values and beliefs that have taken place in an organization over time. Through this study, managers can strengthen the significance of their functions to their organizational results. Also, understanding the relationship from this study enables managers to have an optimistic effect on employee performance.
