a) Professional ethics is a form of applied ethics that examines the principles and moral beliefs that guide management decisions. All individuals and organizations must follow the law, but complying with ethical beliefs is voluntary, not coerced. Professional ethics have helped me in deciding the kind of career to pursue that are compliant with professional morals of integrity, honesty, trustworthy. It helps one stick to what he/she feels is in line with what guides a professional. Professional ethics guide one to be compliant with the relevant authorities.

b) Government most often directly influences organizations by; firstly, government determines the structure of taxes which is key factor in organizational growth. Secondly, government design and implementation of workplace and environmental regulations and thus help in creating an enabling business environment for the organizations and thirdly, government will influence the amount and nature of government investments in physical infrastructure and human capital that will necessitate business. Lastly, government influences the amount and nature of government support for generic technology development, research, and programs too large for single firms or with payoffs too far in the future or too uncertain to attract private capital.

c) Civility implies formal politeness and courtesy in behavior of speech while Ethics refers to the moral principles that govern a person's behavior or the conducting of an activity. Civility is all about virtue ethics: that is, the cultivation of those traits-such as honesty, fairness, self-control, and prudence-that help us reaches our full human potential. When public officials practice civility, they are helping their city, county, state, or country to fulfill its potential by putting the common good ahead of personal rivalries or irritations.
