Dear Sir,

           I am writing to apologize for the delay in the delivery of publishing materials, as we are experiencing problems with our printing machine. So far we have printed ¾ of your order but we will not be able to deliver in the next fifteen days as we had agreed. We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are working very hard to ensure that we deliver not later than 30 days from now. We shall add 10 units of the publishing material on top of the units that you ordered.

In addition, we’re also including a coupon for $10 off your next order. You can also find a tracking number for your order at the bottom of this email to track your current order. Again, we’re so sorry for this delay and the inconvenience. Please let me know if you have any other concerns or questions. Thank you for your patience.
