Its customers have changed their behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic as shown by increased demand for non-contact shopping and wavering phases of a product wants. The CEO of Sam’s Club has created a safe shopping environment for both members and associates by adding multiple sinks for hand-cleaning and introducing a checkout area. The club has also limited operating hours for member services and also meters the number of customers being served at a time. Also, Sam’s Club has advanced the rollout of its Curbside Pickup across all its clubs to enhance contactless service. In conclusion, Sam’s Club is working to maintain its feasibility.
