My dream job focuses on leadership, and my most preferred title favors management. The job that assigns management roles as specific characteristics are features for leadership class whereby individuals have to possess distinctive personalities to lead others.  

 My personality and passion match the characteristics of the management class that generates abilities of individuals to be multidimensional, pervasive, goal-oriented, and continually improve and while effectively working with a group. 

Management matches my top characteristics, such as effective communication, which is very important in mobilizing human resources for a collective goal.  Secondly, my extraversion that focuses on practical and implementable ideas accommodates management roles. Thirdly, my Intuitive personality allows me to make a suitable personal decision based on its impacts on other people that I am supposed to manage.
