Reducing the layers in an organization's management is desirable since it minimizes the operational costs that the firm incurs to pay for some leaders in the management chain. Besides, Ahmed will increase his managerial control of workers since he will be close to the junior employees of the firm. Thus, the change that will be considered during removal of some managerial layers is reduction of a firm's expenditure and increases in managerial effectiveness. On the same note,the reduction of layers is known as delayering process.
