Enterprise systems help to centralize organizations by implementing uniform data requirements and business processes across the enterprise, as well as a single centralized technology frameworkhelping to automate the business and simplify reporting and decision-making.

-Enterprise applications are complex, and modifying one requirement can have unintended consequences for another. Since it is impossible to foresee all of these changes, having a versatile and scalable architecture becomes increasingly important.
