An international system refers to when two or more countries link up in order to engage in meaningful business ,that in return poses impacts on the countries involved. In order to attain a successful move towards globalisation a firm should consider the following strategies. Firstly, the firm should have a good strategy that clearly labels the long term and short term action in order to effectively thrive in the global market. Secondly, one has to understand the culture of the local market to avoid penalties as well as to fit in the global market. Lastly, the firm has to identify the competition niche. Consequently, a firm has to identify the wants in the international market in order to remain relevant in the competitive market.

Global information system poses a challenge due to the difference in cultures , lack of a common language , different political ideologies as well as different levels of information technology competency. These challenges can be overcome by redesigning the organisation and building a new information technology infrastructure, provide common education in information technology to ensure that all the firms are at the same level, introducing a common currency and advocating for people to respect each other`s culture.
