As a manager, how will you apply each of the theories of motivation to motivate your workers
There are many theories of employee motivation in today's business society, such as Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, MacGregor’s Theories X&Y, Herzberg’s Two Factor Theory, Three-Needs Theory and Goals-Setting Theory etc. The key to choosing the right one depends on how closely it matches up to your office. In my opinion Maslow's hierarchy of needs fits best for most business models. Maslow proposed that needs are satisfied in a certain order and that higher-level needs can only be satisfied once lower-level needs are met.
