Quantitative theory is helpful in the decision make an organizations system especially during planning and control. As a manager of a business the theory is helpful in the in budgeting, quality control a scheming and other decisions of such kinds. All these require quantitative approach of thinking.

 On the other hand, a manager can use behavioral theory to understand the environment of work. This includes emotions, and feelings of the works as a way of motivating them or solving conflicts in the work environment. It helps the manager to understand the group dynamic and therefore he is able to improve the work environment.

 System theory of management becomes the main driver of business since it involve the process of supervising and monitoring the input the throughput and the output. It also allows manager to understand the feedback loop as a way of identifying areas of improvement for the whole system. This process can therefore help an organization to improve its efficiency.
