Write down a few common perception that you have about organizational change
Usually, change disrupts the entire fabric of an organizational culture. Some of the common perspective that I have towards organizational change is that;
Change is difficult thus employees resist change.
Employees usually find it hard to disengage from the old organizational culture and practice the new organizational culture.
Change brings increased pressure and stress as it involves employees taking up new roles, having new skills and change of relationships at the work place.
Despite all these, change is usually implemented for positive reasons.
