The eight dimensions of communication satisfaction include:
a) Personal feedback- it concerns with how the workers performance are being judged or praised and their need to know all these processes.
b) Supervisory communication-it includes both the upward and downward aspect of communication with the supervisors.
c) Subordinate communication- it focuses on the upward and downward communication with the subordinates
d)Communication climate- it reflects communication on both the personal level and motivates and stimulates employees in meeting their organizational goals.
e) Organizational integration- it involves the degree at which employees receive information about their immediate work environment and their degree of satisfaction based on the information given.
f) Horizontal communication- it involves the extent at which horizontal and informal communication are free and accurate.
g) Media quality- it deals with the extent at which meetings are well-organized, and the written directives are short and clear.
h) Corporate information-it deals with the widest kinds of information about the organization as a whole including items such as notification on changes, organizational financial standing information, and overall policies and goals of the organization.
