Three possible ways in which workplace bullying can be resolved
Implement an anti-bullying policy in the workplace:
Check to see if the workplace has a policy against bullying or harassment. It will inform employees about who to contact, what procedures to follow, and the penalties for the individual who is bullying them.
Demand that the bullying stop: It's a big step to accuse a coworker of bullying, so it's normal that one is apprehensive about telling someone what's been going on. It is the employer's obligation to ensure that everyone at work is safe and happy.
External commission intervention: If one has tried everything and the bullying is still going on. It's probably time to tell someone outside of the workplace about the harassment.
