In this theoretical framework the eight dimensions are;

1) personal feedback- Personal Feedback is concerned with the workers'

need to know how they are being judged and how their performance is being appraised

2) Supervisory communication- Supervisory Communication includes both upward and downward aspects of communicating with supervisors. Three of the principal items include the extent to which a superior is open to ideas, the extent to which the supervisor listens and pays attention, and the extent to which guidance is offered in solving job-related problems

3) Subordinate communication- It focuses on upward and downward communication with subordinates.Only employees in a supervisory capacity respond to these items which include subordinate responsiveness to downward communication and the extent to which it is exercised.

4) Horizontal communication- This concerns the extent to which horizontal and informal communication is accurate and free flowing. The factor also includes satisfaction with the activeness of grapevine

5) Organizational integration-Organizational Integration revolves around the degree to which individuals receive information about their immediate work environment. Items include the degree of satisfaction with information about departmental plans, the requirements of their job, and some personnel newsutk

6) Corporate information- This concerns any communication about the company and it should made in such a way that it creates a positive image to the public. This is involves how employees portray it's image to the corporate world.

7) Communication climate- This ensures that a conducive environment is created for proper communication and where it is being done is the right place for a positive reception.

8) Media quality- Media quality deals with the extent to which meetings

are well-organized, written directives are short and clear, and the degree to which the amount of communication is about right.
