2. Objectives of the company. Our main objective is to increase profits from the production of goods. Other objectives include strengthen customer service, increase product's market share, increase employee satisfaction, and turnover.
3. The organization is a profit organization dealing with the production of sugar and molasses. Both of them are used for consumption.
4. The common renewal program coordinating mechanisms to be used include mutual adjustment, standardization, and direct supervision. Mutual adjustment will involve the type of communication to be used in the program whether it will be informal communication or a formal one to ensure proper coordination and that information flow is not interrupted. Direct supervision will make people to have responsibility of the work assigned to them by their supervisor. It promotes accountability in the program. Standardization include looking at the work processes, efficiency, worker skills, and outputs to determine if everything is according to the standards set.
