Using relevant examples, describe and explain the ‘evaluation process’.
The evaluation process goes through four phases planning, implementation, completion, and dissemination and reporting that complement the phases of program development and implementation. Each phase has unique issues, methods, and procedures. An evaluation process documents and analyzes the early development and actual implementation of the strategy or program, assessing whether strategies were implemented as planned and whether expected output was actually produced, such as the number of gang-related crimes reported.
