Persuation is the ability to convince individuals of one's opinion in a peaceful way. The five persuasive skills are:
- Attention - Getting one's attention is the first step to attracting them to listen to a conversation and it can be done through facial expressions.
- Need - this entails maintaining one's attention by expressing your intention.
- Satisafction - This is where the speaker explains to the listener the importance of listening the convesation.
- Visualization - Making the listener create a scenario of how the conversation will be.
- Action - It is the last step where the speaker introduces the next action after being in full agreement with the listener about the ongoing conversation.
