Because of the academic and social benefits, cultivating diversity in my classroom is vital. I can respect ethnic differences by getting to know my students. I will use this truth to build a diverse and inclusive school culture because each of the students at the school is a unique individual. I'll spend some time getting to know the kids, such as where they came from. What kind of socioeconomic position do they have in general? Is their academic performance satisfactory, or are they struggling? Are they popular among their peers? I'm going to speak about inequality. Creating a safe space for students and teachers to discuss how discrimination impacts them on a personal, classroom, and school-wide level is an important aspect of promoting diversity in the classroom. The more diversity is discussed in school, the less reluctant students and teachers will be to speak up. As a school leader, I have the chance to lead the debate and urge others to follow suit. This conversation will not be limited to words; in order to make a difference, I must take tangible steps to challenge unfairness when I see it, such as shutting down bigotry.
