Resources funded by the department of education require huge capital that schools cannot afford and they include infrastructure such as classes, libraries, and salaries for teachers.
School funded require relatively little capital for instance the construction of small buildings such as toilets, and sheds for livestock.
Teacher funded are restricted to their role as teachers and this essentially involves human capital and the skills they impart.
Parent funded projects are often done occasionally to supplement school funded and they include completion of small projects such as purchasing a schools bus. In some instances, schools can come together with parents to fund such projects
