work included administering and scoring certain types of psychometric tests. The G & C teacher
felt overwhelmed by the number of students she had to assess using psychometric tests. To
expedite the process, the teacher had some student assistants administer some of the tests. Explain
your thoughts and feelings about this behavior by the G & C teacher

My thoughts and feelings about the teacher who decided to have some student assistants to administer some of the tests after been overwhelmed by a number of students she had assessed using psychometric tests is positive.

This is because we have different types of learners that exist in the classroom and as a result some learners may be able to understand better when they are taught by their peers as compared to when they are taught by the teacher.

In addition, students can freely ask questions related to the tests taught when the tests are been administered by their fellows than when the tests are been administered by the teacher because sometimes students fear asking teachers questions. It is also important to delegate when overwhelmed since that teaches the students to be more responsible and help them navigate the realm of leadership in early stages of their life.
