The main cause of Nelson's condition is not eating enough protein or other essential vitamins and minerals and the factors contributing Nelson's condition are those conditions that interfere with protein absorption such as cystic fibrosis, dietary changes for management of milk allergies in infants and children, diets that are low in protein such as a vegan diet, drought or famine, infections that interfere with protein absorption.

1.2 Vegetables such as spinach, fruit such as orange, grain foods such as maize, dairy such as milk and protein such as fish. 

1.3 The current state of Nelson may result in reduced social responsiveness, a lack of interest in the environment and inadequate emotional development by school age.

1.4 Physical inactivity, overeating, genetics.

1.5 How to deal with obesity is by healthy eating plan and regular physical activity, changing your habits, weight-management programs, weight-loss medicines, weight-loss devices, bariatric surgery, special diets.
