DRAW EITHER A MIND- MAP OR FLOWCHART TO ILLUSTRATE HOW YOU WOULD PROVIDE ASSISTANCE OR SUPPORT TO A LEARNER IN AN AN INCLISIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT WHO EXPERIENCE THE FOLLOWING BARRIERS TO LEARNING :
1 .AUDITORY OR HEARING IMPAIRMENTS
2. VISUAL IMPAIRMENTS .
3.PHYSICAL ( MOBILITY) IMPAIRMENTS .
1. Use captions; captions, such as those found on web video and even television, are essential for accessing multimedia information. Use available technology, such as interactive white boards and sound field amplification devices, if they are available. Visual stimuli are used, such as instructional outlines and important ideas. Consider the classroom arrangement; I will place students with hearing impairments where I can see them and where the sound can be readily heard. Keep background noise to a bare minimum.
2. Encourage students to wear glasses or other visual aids. Ascertain that they are seated in the front or in the proper section of the classroom. Make sure the lighting is enough. Make every attempt to reduce glare from the workstation and the white board.
3. Remove any impediments to the student's ability to move freely from lesson to lesson. Encourage classmates to show their support for the kid. Consider physical accessibility issues including ramps, restrooms, elevators, and classrooms. At all times, they are focused on what they are doing. I'll figure out what the child's strengths are and use them to my advantage.
