Hey Dude !

 

You are really an unfortunate person I have ever seen in my life who received again a damaged product. You cannot blame me or my company. We have been selling this product for last 10 years and my company has never received any complain regarding the product in fact our valued customers are always happy with our high quality services and products. Hey man you had to check the fault at your end before forwarding the complain . Last but not least , for the new range of product visit our website.

The manager didn't listen to the complain of the customer, that is why he suggested that he or the company can never receive blame for the fault found in the product. The manager was not kind to the customer. The entire message was written just to blame customer on the fault found on the product. The manager refused to acknowledge the issue but shift the fault on the customer. the manager is full of ego and he chooses not to apologize and thank the customer for reporting a mistake that can lead to the failure of the business.The managers is suppose to ask questions to get further details about the product which he didn't do either. The response given and the complains should be noted down to help in further bettering the product which i doubt if it will be done because of the pride of the manager.
