Our proactive response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the seasonal influenza (flu) virus is in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the seasonal influenza (flu) virus. First and foremost, we want to maintain a safe work environment and encourage and/or adopt practices that protect the health of employees, customers, visitors, and others. During this pandemic, we also want to ensure that business operations remain uninterrupted. We ask that all employees work together to reduce the spread of communicable diseases at work. We would like to remind our employees of the following points:

• When you're sick, stay home.
• Frequent handwashing with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds is recommended.
• You should cover your mouth with tissues whenever you sneeze.
• You should stay away from people who are contagious or have respiratory symptoms.
• It is important to keep surfaces that are frequently touched clean.

Throughout the workplace and in common areas, our company will have alcohol-based hand sanitizers. For frequently touched objects and surfaces such as phones and keyboards, cleaning sprays and wipes will be available. Employees are encouraged to use telephone and video conferencing instead of face-to-face meetings as much as possible during this outbreak. IT support services are available to employees who need assistance with this technology.
