3. Cooperate with other organizations and school staff- contacting other organizations with different expertise on various fields improves literacy skills as it widens knowledge base for leaners.
4. Collaborating and getting families involved in local reading efforts- parental involvement improves leaners confidence thus helps to improve the literacy skills by active participation.
