In this step analyzing the problem is done to identify the strengths and weakness in the situation, this is done through SWOT analysis.
Step two
Plan of action
Develop a strategic action plan that suits the situation identified. This includes goals, strategies , objectives and effective tactics.
Step three
Communication
Execute the plan by communication tools and tasks that contribute to reaching the objectives.
Step four
Evaluation
Measure whether you were successful in meeting the goals using evaluation tools.
