Everything that distinguishes humans from one another is referred to as diversity. Race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, ability, age, religious belief, and political  conviction are just a few examples. All of these elements influence how kids  interact with the  world.

Teachers can display diversity in school or class through the following:

  • Understand your students.
  • Incorporate different teaching styles.
  • Equal Access to Opportunities.
  • Celebrate diversity.
  • Encourage Differing Perspectives.
  • Include diverse learning materials

All pupils in the same classrooms and schools are referred to as inclusive education. It means  that not only children with disabilities, but also speakers of minority languages, will have access  to actual learning opportunities. The use of universal design principles to create accessible  classrooms, the use of a variety of instructional formats, knowing your students' IEPs/504s, and  finally developing a behavior management plan are the four important strategies to consider  when designing an inclusive classroom and curriculum. The first, known as regular inclusion or  partial inclusion, and the second, known as full inclusion, are two types of inclusion. Practice that is inclusive.
