Everything that distinguishes humans from one another is referred to as diversity. Race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, ability, age, religious belief, and political conviction are just a few examples. All of these elements influence how kids interact with the world.
Teachers can display diversity in school or class through the following:
All pupils in the same classrooms and schools are referred to as inclusive education. It means that not only children with disabilities, but also speakers of minority languages, will have access to actual learning opportunities. The use of universal design principles to create accessible classrooms, the use of a variety of instructional formats, knowing your students' IEPs/504s, and finally developing a behavior management plan are the four important strategies to consider when designing an inclusive classroom and curriculum. The first, known as regular inclusion or partial inclusion, and the second, known as full inclusion, are two types of inclusion. Practice that is inclusive.
