Whereas Twitter has 140-character limit, Instagram does not have any stated word limit. Also, Twitter offers many post supports and styles media uploads while Instagram is focused on the media aspect of a given post like uploading at least one photo or video. on the other side of the coin, Gossiper shall include a large number of character limit than Twitter like 1200 character limit and focusing on various media aspects including videos and photos.
