Expain three features that distinguish critical listening from informational listing
Critical listening is listening to the message, evaluating, judging and critiquing what you hear and see. While informational listening is passive form of listening as the listener is not critiquing or judging but listening.
In critical listening skills include uncovering assumption, use of common sense and reason and relating new ideas to old ones. Informational listening skills on the other hand includes concentration, memory, refrain from judgement, asking questions and taking notes.
Critical listening is listened to evaluate the content of the message while informational listening is listened to understand it.
