The difference between logistics and transportation is essentially minute. While transportation primarily stresses and concentrates on the passage and delivery of asset merchandise from place to place. On the other hand, logistics also entails the conveyance of goods from place to place while equally entailing the packing, loading, storage, management and supervision, and cataloging of the essential goods.
