For the past few weeks SSB’s mobile application is experiencing frequent downtime. Despite several complaints to the support team, app is still experiencing the same issue.

.                       My name is Zohaib Amir. I am the IT consultant at Sweet &Bakers (SSB). This company has numerous bakeries and sweet outlets both in Hyderabad and in Karachi. For the purpose of serving customers well and effectively, the company offers customers with online services via a mobile application. Super Tech Limited is the organizer of this app and its office is located in Islamabad IT Towers. For the few weeks that have passed, SSB’s mobile app has been experiencing frequent downtime. Leading to our customers not getting our services.

We have made a couple of complaints to the support team and all is in vain. There are no actions nor efforts that seem to be put in place to tackle the problem. The app is still having issues. This is bringing a lot of inconveniences and on that account, we have no otherwise but to opt for another host.
