Miller Urey Experiment : They used gases Ammonia, methane, Hydrogen and water vapour in a closed chamber. After that he passed an continuosly electric current between two electrode to produce lighting storms.

After one week , Miller observed some of the carbon are produced in the form of organic compound and other are in the form of amino acid ,which are essential to make protien. There are five amino acids are identified that are glycine, alpha alanine, beta alanine, aspartic acid and alpha amino butyric acid (AABA)

He also observed from his experiment

Firstly when gases mixture like ammonia, Hydrogen, water vapour and methane are taken in closed chamber, than formaldehyde, acetylene and Hydrogen Cyanide is produced

Secondly when formaldehyde, ammonia and Hydrogen Cyanide are react to form amino acids like glycine and other biomolecule.

After that water and formaldehyde react to produce sugars like ribose
